Artichoke Chicken

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika; brown in butter.
  2. Put chicken in casserole dish.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon butter to drippings in pan and saute mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle flour on mushrooms.
  5. Stir in broth, rosemary and sherry.
  6. Cook for a few minutes.
  7. Arrange drained artichokes between chicken.
  8. Pour mushroom mixture over all.
  9. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 with rice.
