Spinach Spoon Bread

  1. Prepare onions in cream sauce according to package directions. Set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix onions, spinach, eggs, sour cream, butter or margarine and salt. Stir in corn muffin mix. Pour mixture into large greased casserole dish. Bake in a
  3. 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of corn bread and bake for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
  4. Makes 8 servings.
