Triple Layer Chocolate Bars
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. cocoa, divided into 1/4 c.
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.
- Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In large bowl beat milk, flour, remaining cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread over crust and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
- Cool and cut into bars.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature.
