Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

  1. Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
  2. Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Gradually add to margarine mixture, mixing well.
  4. Stir in raisins. Drop dough by 2 teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
  6. Remove to wire racks to cool.
  7. Yield:
  8. 3 dozen cookies (60 calories per cookie), 1.5 g fat, 00 mg cholesterol.
