Crock Pot Lentil Beef Soup

  1. Combine beef tips with flour in the crock pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients & mix together.
  3. Cook on High for 6 hours.
  4. **To change it to a thicker consistency, which I prefer, take 4-6 cups without the meat (2 cups at a time) and blend in a food processor or with a hand blender.
  5. Cook on low for an additional hour.
  6. Serve with Honey Cornbread #270877.
