Nuwave Oven Shepherd'S Pie
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage (3 links casings ermoved)
- 1 (2 lb) package of prepaired mashed potatoes
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cups fresh corn, sliced off the cob
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 medium garlic cloves, finley chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- In a medium skillet saute crumbled sausage untill lightly browned.
- Add salt, green pepper, garlic and onion to sausage mixture and continue sauteing untill soft.
- Warm potato mixture to facilitate spreading.
- Place sausage and pepper mixture into the pie shell.
- Spread fresh corn over mixture.
- Spread mashed potatoes to cover pie. Cover pie with mozzarella cheese.
- Place pie on 1 inch rack and bake on power level 8 for thirty minutes.
