Baked Mushrooms, Noodles And Ham Mornay

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter.
  3. Add flour; stir with wire whisk.
  4. When blended, add milk, stirring rapidly. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and the cheese, stirring until melted. Add cream; bring to boil.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Melt remaining butter.
  7. Add onions, stirring.
  8. Add mushrooms; cook until wilted. Add ham; heat through.
