Tangy Meat Loaf

  1. In large bowl combine, catsup, brown sugar, and mustard. Reserve 4 Tbsp. mixture for topping.
  2. To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and egg.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Stir in green peppers and Wheat Chex.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Break up Wheat Chex.
  7. Add ground beef.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 65 minutes.
  10. Spread top with reserved catsup mixture.
  11. Bake additional 15 minutes.
  12. Makes about 6 servings.
