Guava Chicken

  1. Wash chicken pieces; pat dry.

  5. Stir guava jelly with a fork until loose and liquidy.

  7. over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at

  11. Remove
  12. chicken from oven.
  13. Pour the juices into a
  14. saucepan;
  15. thoroughly stir in cornstarch with a whisk.
  16. Add food
  17. coloring;
  18. sauce should be a rosy color.took sauce over low heat until thickened and clear.
  19. Pour
  20. sauce over the chicken;
  21. sprinkle
  22. with
  23. sesame seed.teturn chicken and sauce to oven at once
  24. fortt least 15 minutes, or until ready to serve.
  25. Serves 6 to 8.
