Mega Tuna

  1. In a large bowl, place tuna, olives, broccoli florets, cheese, tomato, onion and almonds or sunflower seeds.
  2. Toss lightly to mix ingredients.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Beat with a fork to blend.
  5. Pour over broccoli-tuna mixture; gently fold until ingredients are lightly coated.
  6. Chill well.
  7. To serve, eat as a salad or use as a sandwich filler in pita breads or buns.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
