Beef Patties With Cream Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. In lg bowl, mix first 8 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Add beef and mix well.
  4. Form 8 patties.
  5. Roll in flour.
  6. Place on greased baking pans.
  7. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes; turn and bake 10 more minutes.
  8. SAUCE: Melt butter in saucepan.
  9. Stir in flour, thyme, salt and pepper.
  10. Slowly add broth and milk; bring to a boil.
  11. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  12. Serve over patties.
