Black Bean Donuts

  1. Blend all donut ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Transfer batter to donut pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean).
  4. While they bake, prepare your glaze by mixing ingredients together and adjusting consistency adding milk to thin out and powdered sugar to thicken.
  5. Immediately remove from the pan (when it's a safe temperature to touch) and dip into a bowl of the glaze. Transfer to a baking rack and allow the donut to cool and glaze to harden.
  6. Enjoy!
