Chicken Tetrazzini
- 2 1/2 c. broken spaghetti
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms and liquid
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- Cook spaghetti until tender.
- Drain and rinse.
- In a skillet melt butter and saute onions.
- Add liquid from mushrooms and stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, green pepper, meat, cheese, and spices. Put spaghetti in buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Pour sauce over top.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
