Drop Dead Fabulous Chicken, Artichoke, Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

  1. Boil pasta according to directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Add chicken, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Stir until heated all the way through.
  5. Stir in heavy cream.
  6. Let this simmer for five minutes.
  7. Pour over cooked al dente pasta.
