Neapolitan Cake
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. strawberry flavored powdered milk mix
- 3/4 c. chocolate flavored powdered milk mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Generously grease and flour 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
- In large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and eggs.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add dry cake mix and milk.
- Blend until moistened.
- Beat as directed on package.
- Divide batter in thirds.
- Mix strawberry powder with 1/3 of batter, chocolate powder with 1/3 and vanilla to 1/3.
- Pour strawberry batter in pan, pour vanilla on top and chocolate over top of vanilla.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Cool completely.
- Sprinkle with 10x sugar or drizzle glaze over top.
