Tex-Mex Dip(Great For Super Bowl Or Pool Parties)
- 3 avocados, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 large cans pitted olives, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 large bags taco chips
- Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
- Layer as follows:
- bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and Cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Set out at room temperature two hours before serving to allow mixture to soften. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
