Yellow Squash Casserole

  1. Cook squash and onion in salted water until just tender.
  2. Mix together soup, pimiento, water chestnuts, milk and sour cream. Add to drained squash and onion.
  3. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix and chicken flavor.
  4. Line casserole with 1/2 stuffing mix.
  5. Top with squash mixture.
  6. Top with Cheddar cheese and remaining stuffing.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  8. Travels nicely. Good hot or reheated.
