Cheese-And-Spinach Puffs

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
  2. Drain well and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
  3. Combine spinach mixture and remaining ingredients; stir well.
  4. Cover and chill 2 hours.
  5. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Chill at least 30 minutes before baking.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes; serve warm.
  7. Yield:
  8. 4 dozen.
