Strawberry Salad Dessert

• 1 large or 2 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
• 2 small bananas, diced
• 1 pt. frozen strawberries
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 carton whipping cream
• 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

1. Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
2. Add 1 cup cold water. Add
3. thawed strawberries, diced bananas and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of mixture into mold or glass dish.
4. Place in refrigerator
5. to gel.
6. Leave the remaining mixture at room temperature.
7. Whip cream.
8. Beat
9. cheese
10. and sugar together, fold in whipped
11. cream. Beat
12. cheese
13. and
14. sugar
15. together,
16. fold
17. in whipped
18. cream. When
19. mixture
20. in
21. refrigerator
22. gels, spread cream
23. mixture over it.
24. Chill. Carefully spoon on the remaining
25. half
26. of
27. fruit mixture.
28. Return to refrigerator to chill and set.
