Chili Casserole
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 2 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
- 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Melt the butter in a large skillet and brown the garlic, onion and ground beef.
- Drain off excess fat and add tomatoes and chili beans.
- Simmer for 45 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Fold in sour cream, add the spaghetti and mix well.
- Pour into 2 quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
