Brunswick And Savannah Baked Seafood Casserole(Jacqueline Kennedy'S Recipe)
- 1 lb. canned, frozen or fresh crabmeat
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- dash of paprika
- 2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine crabmeat, shrimp, mayonnaise, green peppers, onions, celery, salt, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
- Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 30 minutes and until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Serve with green salad and crusty bread.
