Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes

  1. In saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken broth; stir constantly until mixture boils.
  4. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat; set aside.
  6. In skillet, brown pork chops; season with additional salt and pepper.
  7. Put sliced potatoes and onion into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  8. Cover with broth mixture.
  9. Put pork chops on top.
  10. Cover; bake for 1 hour.
  11. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley before serving.
