Morgan'S Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Boil macaroni according to box direction.
  2. Melt 1/2 butter large pot.
  3. Add flour and stir until thickened.
  4. Slowly add milk and half and half.
  5. When it starts to thicken take off heat.
  6. Add mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cheddar cheese until blended.
  8. Stir in Parmesan/Romano cheese.
  9. Stir in cup cottage cheese.
  10. Fold cooked macaroni into mixture.
  11. Add 1/2 mixture in buttered casserole dish.
  12. Sprinkle on 1/2 the remaining cheddar.
  13. Add remaining macaroni mixture.
  14. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  15. Melt remaining butter in microwave.
  16. Stir butter into breadcrumbs.
  17. Add breadcrumbs to top of casserole.
  18. Bake at 375u0b0F for 35 minutes.
