Supper Nachos

  1. Brown beef and onion with salt and pepper; drain.
  2. Spread refried beans in a shallow 11 x 17-inch pan.
  3. Top evenly with meat, then green chilies with shredded cheese over chilies. Drizzle taco sauce over cheese.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with onions (tops too) and chopped ripe olives.
  5. Heat 10 minutes more.
  6. Mound center with avocados; surround with sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Quickly tuck nachos around edges.
  8. Serves 8 to 12.
