Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  1. In 3-quart slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.
  3. Discard bay leaves.
  4. In small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into stew.
  5. Add corn and peas.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened.
