Apple Cranberry Walnut Stuffing

  1. Heat saute pan and add butter and saute the onions until golden.
  2. Add the waltnuts to soften slightly then add the apples and craisins.
  3. Put breadcrumbs in a large bowl and pour onion mixture over the bread crumbs. Add the sage, scallions, parsley and mix well.
  4. Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan and add just enough stock to get your stuffing to the desired moisture level.
  5. bake at 350 for about an hour or until done.
