Italian Macaroni Salad
- 1 lb. small shell macaroni
- 4 oz. Provolone cheese, chopped
- 4 oz. salami, chopped
- 4 oz. pepperoni, chopped
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 small can pitted black olives, chopped
- 1 (7 oz.) jar green olives, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
- Italian salad dressing
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- fresh parsley to taste
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Rinse and drain.
- Combine with cheese, salami, pepperoni, onions, olives, celery and peppers in serving bowl.
- Add Italian salad dressing to salad; mix well.
- Chill for 24 hours.
- Add tomatoes and parsley at serving time.
- Yields 15 servings.
