Health Nuggets
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. carob chips
- Cream the margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar, honey, egg and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, salt, soda and powdered milk, wheat germ and oats; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- Add nuts, coconut and chips. Press into 1 inch balls, place on greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
