No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

  1. In
  2. medium
  3. bowl
  4. beat egg; beat in sweetened condensed milk and
  5. spices.
  6. In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water; let
  7. stand
  8. 1 minute.
  9. Over low heat, stir until gelatine dissolves.
  10. Add
  11. sweetened
  12. milk mixture; over low heat, cook and stir constantly until mixture thickens slightly, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  13. Add pumpkin.
  14. Pour into crust. Chill 4
  15. hours or until set.
  16. Garnish as desired.
  17. Refrigerate leftovers.
  18. Makes 1 pie.
