Green Beans With Steak Strips

  1. Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over high heat; swirl to coat pan.
  3. Season steaks with salt and pepper; cook until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer to a plate.
  5. Pour off fat from pan.
  6. Steam green beans until bright green for 4 minutes.
  7. Thinly slice beef.
  8. Pour soy mixture into pan; toss.
  9. Return beef and any accumulated juices to pan; cook (uncovered) until heated through.
  10. Add bean sprouts; toss to combine.
