Marinated Vegetable Salad

  1. Slice carrots and cook just until tender.
  2. Combine all vegetables and toss in large mixing bowl.
  3. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  4. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
  6. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
