Marinated Vegetable Salad
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 green pepper, cut into rings
- 1 c. cauliflower, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Slice carrots and cook just until tender.
- Combine all vegetables and toss in large mixing bowl.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Yields 10 to 12 servings.
