Miss Mary'S Cabbage Casserole

  5. Drain.
  6. Melt butter in saucepan.
  7. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.tlowly add milk; stirtntil thickened.
  8. Add

  10. blend
  11. until
  12. melted. Preheat oven
  13. to 325u0b0.
  14. Layer the drained cabbage mixture and cheese
  15. saucetn
  16. a greased casserole.take several layers, ending with
  17. sauce.
  18. Bake until
  19. bubbly.
  20. Top with crumbs (we use cornbread crumbs that are sprinkled with poultry seasoning or you
  21. could
  22. use
  23. cornbread stuffing
  24. mix).
  25. Return to oven until lightly browned.
  26. Makes 4 servings.
