Deluxe Cheesecake

  1. Prepare graham cracker mixture.
  2. Press into lightly greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  5. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar and eggs gradually.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  9. Mix sour cream, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla in bowl.
  10. Spread over cheesecake.
  11. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  12. Bake at 475u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  13. Cool in pan.
  14. Chill until firm.
  15. Topping will be soft when warm and firm when chilled.
  16. Yield:
  17. 12 servings.
