Blackberry And Zucchini Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients except berries and zucchini until just blended. Fold in the berries and zucchini. Turn into a sprayed loaf pan (with vegetable spray) and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Check after the first 45 minutes to prevent browning too quickly. Makes 15 slices per loaf.
