Chili

  1. In a large pot, heat oil and add onion, garlic and peppers. Saute until onion is tender and add meats.
  2. Cook through.
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauces and beans.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and lower heat to simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Serves 8 to 10.
  6. Serve over elbow macaroni or noodles.
