Barbecue Brisket
- 5 to 6 lb. brisket
- liquid smoke
- celery seed salt
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Woody's sauce
- Place brisket
- in a large baking pan.
- Pour 2 ounces of liquid smoke
- on both sides of meat.
- Sprinkle both sides with celery seed,
- onion and garlic salt.
- Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.then
- ready
- to
- bake,tprinkle both sides with salt, pepper
- and
- Worcestershire
- sauce.
- Cover meat by making a tent and press edges tight around pan.
- Bake at 275u0b0 for 4 hours. Remove
- from
- oventnd pour 6 ounces of Woody's sauce over
- meat. Recover
- and
- bake
- for
- 1
- hour
- at
- 275u0b0. Refrigerate overnight.tlice when cold.
