Barbecue Brisket

  1. Place brisket
  2. in a large baking pan.
  3. Pour 2 ounces of liquid smoke
  4. on both sides of meat.
  5. Sprinkle both sides with celery seed,
  6. onion and garlic salt.
  7. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.then
  8. ready
  9. to
  10. bake,tprinkle both sides with salt, pepper
  11. and
  12. Worcestershire
  13. sauce.
  14. Cover meat by making a tent and press edges tight around pan.
  15. Bake at 275u0b0 for 4 hours. Remove
  16. from
  17. oventnd pour 6 ounces of Woody's sauce over
  18. meat. Recover
  19. and
  20. bake
  21. for
  22. 1
  23. hour
  24. at
  25. 275u0b0. Refrigerate overnight.tlice when cold.
