Mac Sausage And Cheese Casserole

  1. While cooking macaroni, simmer soup, milk and hot sauce in a medium saucepan stirring often.
  2. When smooth, add 1/2 cup shredded cheese to sauce and stir in.
  3. Drain macaroni but do not rinse and place them in casserole dish.
  4. Mix in 1/2 of sausage slices.
  5. Pour and mix in cheese sauce.
  6. Top with remainder of sausage slices and sprinkle with remaining cup of shredded cheese.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  8. Cover dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
