Wheat Bran Cranberry Quick Bread

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  3. in large bowl mix egg, oil, milk and orange juice.
  4. in separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  5. add dry ingredients to wet slowly, folding till just mixed.
  6. pour batter into loaf pan.
  7. bake on center shelf for 55-60 minutes or until firm in center.
  8. cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to bakers rack.
  9. let cool completely before slicing.
