Peaches And Cream Pie

  1. Place 3 cups peaches in pie shell.
  2. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and salt.
  3. Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well-blended.
  4. Spoon over peaches.
  5. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and remaining flour.
  6. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  7. (Using a pastry blender works best.)
  8. Sprinkle evenly over pie.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Use sliced peaches for garnish.
