Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2/3 c. milk
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
- Stir in chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and pepper.
- Roll biscuits out to 1/4 to 1/8-inch thick.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on each rolled biscuit.
- Roll biscuits up and seal by pressing dough together.
- Place biscuits in greased baking dish.
- Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Combine soup and milk in saucepan.
- Heat and pour over rolls.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over all.
- Bake for 3 to 5 more minutes.
