Mike'S Italian Dogs

  1. Cook potatoes in oil until golden.
  2. Spray a pan with olive oil and cook onions until tender and golden.
  3. Remove onions from pan and set aside.
  4. Boil or steam the hotdogs until cooked.
  5. Split buns and spread with butter, sauce, and relish.
  6. Place 1 hotdog on each bun.
  7. Divide red and green capsicums, mozzarella and parmesan cheese between the 6 hotdogs.
