Layered Pistachio Dessert

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Mix baking mix, brown sugar and margarine; stir in nuts.
  3. Press in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes; cool.
  5. Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
  7. Fold 1 cup of whipping cream into cheese mixture, spread over baked layer.
  8. Mix pudding and milk with hand beater until thick.
  9. Pour over cheese mixture.
  10. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
  11. Fold 1 tablespoon powdered sugar into remaining whipping cream.
  12. Garnish each serving with sweetened whipping cream.
  13. Serves 12.
