Breaded Turkey Cutlets

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place turkey cutlets in a medium bowl. Cover with water.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. In a shallow bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except oil.
  5. Mix well.
  6. One at a time, take cutlets from water and dip into crumbs, turning once to coat both sides.
  7. Place cutlets in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Drizzle oil over breaded cutlets.
  9. Bake, covered, 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
