Fruity Ham

  1. Grate zest from orange slice flesh and put into casserole with zest, apples, onion, celery, apricots, spice and 2 tablespoons of the vinegar.
  2. Mix mustard with honey and remaining vinegar. Spread over ham and place in casserole.
  3. Cover tightly, cooking about 2 hours (or as specified on ham package) at 325u0b0.
  4. Remove ham.
  5. Keep warm.
  6. Press contents of casserole through sieve and reheat sauce gently in saucepan.
  7. Pour sauce into sauce boat. Serve with ham.
