Kellogg'S Rice Krispies Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
  2. In large electric mixer bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by level tablespoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray (I used the butter wrappers to grease instead).
  7. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove immediately from baking sheets and cool in wire racks. Store in airtight container.
