Marmalade Glazed Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F (160u0b0C).
  2. Remove ham from package. Place in shallow baking dish, face side down. Add water and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Baste ham with a..." of marmalade mixture and continue cooking for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of meat reaches 140u0b0F (60u0b0C), basting every 15 minutes with remaining glaze.
  5. Tip: Try replacing the mango chutney with more marmalade.
