Country Style Meat Loaf

  1. Combine meat, mixed vegetables (thawed), salt, pepper and parsley in a deep mixing bowl; mix well.
  2. Add salt, pepper, corn flakes and 1/2 of tomato soup (undiluted).
  3. Mix well to blend. Place 1/2 of the meat mixture in a buttered 6 x 16 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish; pack.
  4. Dot top with 1/2 of the butter.
  5. Place rest of meat mixture in baking dish.
  6. Dot with rest of butter and pour rest of soup over the top.
  7. In a preheated 375u0b0 oven, bake 1 hour. Remove.
  8. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
