Hot Gourmet Deer Chili

  1. Cube meat and
  2. grind
  3. with
  4. hamburger plate of electric grinder.
  5. In a large
  6. pot, heat olive oil and saute garlic for 1 minute.
  7. Add onion
  8. and
  9. ground
  10. meat.
  11. Cook
  12. until
  13. meat is done. Add next 17
  14. ingredients;
  15. bring
  16. to a boil.
  17. Cover and simmer 1 hour,
  18. stirring occasionally.
  19. Slowly stir in cracker meal.
  20. Let simmer 10 more minutes, stirring frequently.
  21. Serve hot with crackers, Fritos or French-style garlic bread.
