Petite Broccoli Quiches

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and butter in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour and beat at medium speed until smooth.
  3. Shape pastry into 24 (1-inch) balls.
  4. Place each ball into an ungreased miniature (1 3/4-inch) muffin pan.
  5. Press dough onto bottom and sides to form shells.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Combine chopped broccoli and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
  8. Spoon broccoli mixture evenly into shells.
  9. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
  10. Yield: 2 dozen.
