Murkon(Rolled-Up Beef Steak Filipino Style)
- 2 pkg. round steak
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 c. ground ham or sliced
- 1/4 c. sweet pickles
- 1 egg (fresh)
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 small box raisins
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- lemon juice
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 3 pieces garlic, minced well
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- soy sauce
- dash of pepper
- Boil meat until tender.
- Place on platter; slice rolled up beef and pour remaining sauce on top.
